About Me

Phaidon International is a 13 year old staffing & recruiting company comprised of 5 micro-specialist brands, with offices across America, Asia and Europe. Our operation has been running in America for 4.5 years now and has grown exponentially, expanding from 7 consultants working in an office the size of a closet, with no windows and next to no personal space to over 180 people working across offices in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago. 

In regards to revenue growth, we've been listed in the 'Top 4 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US’ 2 years in a row by Staffing Industry Analysts two years in a row. The group has been truly 100% organically grown with a track record of making profit every year since inception. We were recently listed as ‘Best Staffing Firm to Work For’ (Staffing Industry Analysts) alongside a 'National Best & Brightest Company to Work For' (Best & Brightest) and are looking for candidates to support our next growth phase. We have further plans in place to more than triple US headcount in the next 2 years alongside the opening of another 5 offices in North America.
