It is drastically important for companies nowadays to be able to recruit and retain top level talent. However, companies to this day still haven't quite figured it out.

Glassdoor has compiled a set of very useful statistics that every Internal Recruiter should be aware about.

The one that has caught my attention the most was that 69% of individuals will not take a job with a company that has a bad reputation even if they were unemployed. This goes to speak volumes about the current talent scope in the market. Reputations and an online presence weighs heavy when candidates, especially millennials, are deciding on taking a job offer.

Definitely some great points to think about and implement internally.
